At European Deli, we strive to ensure your gourmet imports arrive in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items or damaged goods. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for any quality issues or shipping discrepancies.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

    Receive Authorization

    Wait for our team to review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for qualifying non-perishable goods.

  • 3.
    Pack Securely

    Place the unopened, original-packaged items into a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send the package back to our warehouse via a tracked service; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
